Furnace - 10/10 points / Insulation - 3 ...

Multiple steps forward... a couple back...

Electricians finished roughing in outside outlets...

Builder called Fri to confirm county inspections passed, so we would be on track for spraying foam insulation Mon-Tues, followed by dry-wall on Wed-Fri.

Tony the furnace man ace finished removing old furnace from laundry room and installing new 15-seer A/C (original was 12 seer), and heat pump in the space above the garage...
A new storage area!
Up in the crawl space

HIGHLY recommended:

Monday AM the insulation folks showed up, and proceeded to protect all the glass in preparation for spraying foam... goal was to finish the new room today, followed by old roof and garage tomorrow...

Space-man protection

Seems the nozzle was not up to the task (has to feed two liquids simultaneously into a nozzle to catalyze the expansion - doesn't work if the nozzle feeds liquids at different speeds) ... took them all day to get foam in 2/3 of wall studs, and zero % of ceiling and roof... sigh.

Builder claims dry-wall installer showing up Wed per schedule... tomorrow should be interesting day.
